Amphenol Socapex, introduced a sealed (IP67) USB key that is shock and vibration resistant, designed for downloading data from measuring equipment or automation systems. Applications include process control, machine-tool, military, oil and gas, aeronautics, entertainment consoles, and event recorders. The key is housed in a metal casing and is available with nickel, olive green or black surface coatings to match specific applications. For capacities you canhave256Mb, 512Mb, and 1024 Mb, and even 2 or 4 Gb.The key can also be used with a coupling nut (as a derivative from MIL-DTL-38999 series III) to make a sealed and secure connection with a USBF TV receptacle.
