iPod Sets a man's pants on fire

It happened with the a new iPod Nano. Danny Williams saw a hole in flames coming up from his pocket pants for about 15 seconds. Apparently he had an iPod Nano and a piece of paper in his pocket. Luckly it was this piece of paper that help him from being burned.
The iPod uses a lithium ion battery, the same type of battery under recall for setting laptops on fire. It seems that Apple wants him to send his iPod back and they are committed to replace it by a new one. After this incident, Apple refuses to coment and say how common the problem is, they even refuses to talk about this particular incident at all.
