Using personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable information only for the purpose of performing the services for which you provided that data. With the promise that will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties.
When you purchased your tires, your dealer should have given you a tire registry card. You can find your DOT codes on the card and use it to register by mail. If you do not have a tire registry card, the DOT codes can be found on your tire's sidewall.
